Refund & Cancellation Policy
  1. Payment Structure

  • 50% advance is paid directly to secure the property, two weeks prior to the retreat.

  • Remaining 50% is collected upfront to confirm your spot.

  1. Cancellation & Refunds

    • More than 30 days before the retreat: 80% of the total fee is refunded; 20% retained for administrative and property costs.

    • 15–30 days before the retreat: 50% of the total fee is refunded.

    • Less than 15 days before the retreat: No refund, as arrangements are fully confirmed.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances
    In case of medical emergencies or unforeseen events, partial credit toward a future retreat may be considered, with documentation.

  2. Transfer Policy
    Bookings can be transferred to another participant with at least 15 days’ notice, subject to approval.
